Hurmat-e-Harmain is committed to providing carefully planned Hajj and Umrah travel services, including Umrah packages, Hajj packages, visa assistance, flight bookings, hotel accommodation, transportation, and Ziyarat tours. Our aim is to make your journey comfortable, organized, reliable, and spiritually fulfilling.

Booking & Package Information

All packages displayed on our website are subject to availability and may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, airline schedules, visa requirements, transportation arrangements, and other service conditions.

Package details, including hotel names, room categories, number of nights, transportation, flights, visa services, and other inclusions, will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Prices and package details may change without prior notice due to changes in airline fares, hotel rates, government regulations, currency exchange rates, taxes, seasonal demand, or supplier pricing.

A package is considered confirmed only after the required booking process has been completed and the applicable payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by Hurmat-e-Harmain.

Custom Packages

Hurmat-e-Harmain may provide customized Umrah packages according to the traveler’s preferred dates, accommodation, room type, transportation, visa requirements, number of travelers, and other requested services.

Custom package quotations are based on availability at the time of preparation. A quotation does not guarantee availability until the booking has been formally confirmed.

Any special request, including a preferred hotel, room location, connecting rooms, specific flight, transportation arrangement, or other service, will be subject to availability and confirmation.

Payments

All payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided by Hurmat-e-Harmain.

The required deposit, advance payment, or full payment may vary depending on the selected package, travel date, airline, hotel, visa requirements, and service providers.

Failure to make the required payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation or modification of the booking.

Any additional charges resulting from changes requested by the traveler may be payable separately.

Flights & Airline Arrangements

Flight schedules, departure times, arrival times, baggage allowances, transit arrangements, and airline policies are controlled by the respective airlines and are outside the direct control of Hurmat-e-Harmain.

Flight schedules may change, be delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled by the airline.

Passengers are responsible for checking their travel documents, flight details, baggage requirements, airport reporting times, and airline conditions before departure.

Hurmat-e-Harmain will provide reasonable assistance regarding flight arrangements, but we cannot guarantee that airlines will operate according to their original schedules.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and confirmation.

The hotel shown in a package may be replaced with another hotel of the same or comparable category if circumstances require such a change. Any replacement will be made based on availability and applicable package conditions.

Room allocation, views, floor levels, proximity to elevators, connecting rooms, and other specific room requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel and may differ from the traveler’s flight arrival or departure times.

Visa Assistance

Hurmat-e-Harmain may provide assistance with the visa application process as part of selected packages or services.

Visa approval is subject to the relevant authorities and applicable Saudi Arabian regulations. Submission of documents does not guarantee visa approval.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid documentation within the required timeframe.

Any delay, rejection, additional requirement, or decision made by the relevant authorities is outside the direct control of Hurmat-e-Harmain.

Transportation

Transportation services included in a package depend on the selected package and confirmed itinerary.

Vehicle type, transportation schedules, pickup locations, and routes may be subject to availability, traffic conditions, local regulations, and operational requirements.

Travelers are expected to follow the agreed transportation schedule and be present at the designated pickup location at the specified time.

Ziyarat Tours

Ziyarat tours are subject to local conditions, transportation availability, traffic, weather, site access, and applicable regulations.

The sequence or duration of visits may change when necessary.

Certain religious or historical sites may have restricted access or temporary closures. In such circumstances, Hurmat-e-Harmain cannot guarantee access to a particular location.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Hurmat-e-Harmain is accurate and complete.

Travelers must ensure that their passport, visa, identification documents, vaccination certificates, travel permits, and other required documents are valid and available when required.

Travelers are also responsible for complying with airline policies, hotel rules, Saudi Arabian laws, immigration requirements, religious-site regulations, and instructions issued by relevant authorities.

Any consequences resulting from incorrect information, missing documents, expired documents, or failure to comply with applicable requirements may be the responsibility of the traveler.

Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, hotels, room types, flights, transportation, number of travelers, or other package services must be submitted to Hurmat-e-Harmain as early as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Once bookings have been confirmed with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other suppliers, amendment and cancellation charges may apply according to their respective policies.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the services included in the booking and the policies of the relevant airlines, hotels, visa authorities, transportation providers, and other suppliers.

Some payments may be non-refundable once services have been booked or processed.

Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable cancellation terms, after deduction of relevant charges, fees, or non-refundable amounts.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the service provider and payment method.

Force Majeure

Hurmat-e-Harmain shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
